INTERNAL MEDICINE OR FAMILY PRACTICE PHYSICIAN

As a primary care provider, you will:
* Provide a full scope of medical services;
* Receive strong clinical support services and work in an innovative practice environment utilizing Electronic Medical Records;
* Be part of a multi-disciplinary, multi-specialty practice that offers a full scope of medical services to our patients;
* Never be on Call.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Physician Qualifications:
*MD/DO from approved medical/osteopathy school and graduation from accredited residency program in family practice;
*2 years clinical experience, NYS license, Medicare and Medicaid numbers. We can arrange local hospital admitting privileges. Participation in other HMO and commercial plans a PLUS;
Bi-lingual skills a PLUS .
